My dedication and hard work led to a promotion to Floor Manager within just a few months, allowing me to develop my leadership skills while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. My career began in Aruba, providing VIP services at the airport, which taught me the importance of anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service.
