About Jaime Preuss

As an aspiring Information Technology Support Specialist I look to provide quick responsive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for staff and students at K-12 schools. I'm skilled in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments, resolving user issues via remote tools and ticketing systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. I am a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. I am very eager to grow within IT and continue building technical expertise.Outside of the realm of IT, you'll find me training at dance studios in San Diego. Training to have fun, but also, to train my mind-body connection in order to stay young and healthy. I love to dance, as well as, be connected with others who are also passionate about dance too.
