About Jaime Sims

With a passion for vocational training, health and social care, and social mobility, I specialise in programme delivery that drives meaningful impact. With experience spanning the education, training, and community sectors, I have successfully led teams, managed large-scale performance operations, and optimised service delivery to empower individuals and strengthen organisations. As a Senior Consultant I support clients in and around the public sector to create exceptional solutions, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement. Previously, at the Education and Training Foundation, I played a key role in performance management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement, helping to enhance training initiatives and sector-wide outcomes. My experience extends to Australia, where I was part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at Community Options Australia. In this role, I was responsible for strategic planning, program management, and operational oversight of out-of-hospital care services. I managed a medium-sized contact center, enhanced service accessibility, and championed a person-centered care approach. I’m a firm believer in building strong relationships and creating solutions that are practical, scalable, and sustainable. Whether it’s optimising programme delivery, or enhancing frameworks, I thrive in fast-paced environments that demand critical thinking and collaboration.
