Background

About Jairo Gomes

I am a Technical Account Manager (ITSDM) with a solid background in support environments, having previously worked as a senior analyst and specialist before moving into a more strategic role. My focus is on IT governance, compliance, and information security, always with a practical, business-oriented mindset.I hold certifications in ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 27001, which I apply daily to structure processes, manage risk, and align technical teams with business stakeholders. I see information security as a natural part of governance and customer experience, not as a standalone discipline. My key differentiator is communication. I translate complex technical scenarios into clear and accessible language for non-technical audiences, without losing accuracy. At the same time, my technical background allows me to engage deeply with IT teams, capture relevant nuances, and actively contribute to building viable solutions.I work with critical and highly demanding clients, maintaining a consistent track record of maximum CSAT scores, driven by close relationships, expectation management, and reliable execution.I am fluent in Portuguese (native) and English, with intermediate Spanish focused on conversation, and I am comfortable working in multicultural and international environments. If the conversation involves IT governance, information security, and well-structured IT operations, there is a strong chance it will be worth continuing.
