I am a versatile professional and current student of a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) degree from the University of South Australia. I have also completed an Academic and Professional Communications course at Curtin University and various online learning products with the Queensland Police Service, including behavioural observation and psychological first aid. My Certificate IV in Justice Studies from Queensland TAFE has given me skills in legal framework application, research analysis, and documentation preparation for court proceedings. Additionally, I completed the Public Safety Training Package from the State Emergency Service, which developed my community assistance and workplace communication skills. As a self-employed online professional services provider, I have provided services such as; management of sales departments, overseeing contracted company operations, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. I have liaised with stakeholders, built rapport with investors, and learnt to generate leads by developing new strategies in social media marketing. My skills in appointment setting, onboarding and training coordination have contributed to the growth of the businesses I have been contracted to. In my role as Senior Protective Security Officer for the Queensland Police's Protective Services Group, I have developed the ability to ensure a high level of client focus, plan daily tasks, and implement OH & S planning. My duties include providing Queenslanders with efficient, effective and ethical protective security services, offering a wide range of security, technical and consultancy services and can provide a complete security solution for almost any situation. Having previously founded and operated my own transport business, I have valuable experience in effectively managing a transportation company. I have also developed a strong understanding of the importance of company policy and procedure. My diverse work experience has equipped me with excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different roles and industries. I am always eager to learn and apply my skills to new challenges. I am confident in my ability to excel in the business and financial industry.
