About Jake Parrott

I'm currently a Senior 3D Artist at Ripstone where I've had the pleasure working across titles such as Chess Ultra, The Spectrum Retreat, Snooker 19, PokerClub and The Queens Gambit Chess. I've began to specialise in all things Unreal related and started looking after the more technical aspects of Game Art. I sit in that grey area between Environment Art and Technical Art, leaning more towards Technical these days. Handling Art pipelines, performance, optimisation and creating tools for our artists. You'll occasionally find me cooking up events in partnership with SpecialEffect. Through OneBossQuiz, we raised an incredible to help the charity whilst uniting the Liverpool Game Development community for nights of laughter and networking.
