About Jake Robinson

Hi! I’m an Exercise Scientist and Allied Health Professional who is passionate about helping others meet their health, fitness & education goals and guiding people towards feeling strong and confident - both physically & mentally. I am enthusiastic in assisting individuals & students of all ages in exercise, health and fitness education. Some of my experience includes numerous years within the Health and Fitness Industry, including but not limited to: Musculoskeletal Rehab, managing Acute/Chronic Conditions & Diseases (PCOS, Osteoarthritis, Mental Health management; ASD/ADHD, Bipolar, Depression, Schizophrenia + more), Intellectual Disabilities, Body Composition & Weight-Loss, Muscle Hypertrophy, Bodybuilding Competitors, Strength and Conditioning, Resistance Training, General Population Fitness, Sports Coaching & Refereeing and Sport & Exercise Science Research. I completed an undergraduate Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree in 2021. Subsequently, I undertook a Post-Graduate Honours Research Degree in Exercise Science, specialising in muscle adaptations in elite & sub-elite athletes and related responses and reliability/validity of strength and power testing. In 2024, I expanded into the Tertiary Education sector, utilising and growing my skills and knowledge at the University of Southern Queensland. Disciplines I support include Sport & Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. I am currently undertaking my GradCertEd on the way to complete my Masters of Education.
