Hello, my name is Jaleel Brooks. I'm currently a student at NPower IT fundamental program. A national non-profit which is a rigorous 16 week training program uncovering the fundamentals of hardware and software technical skill sets as well as providing professional development. Throughout the course of this program I've obtained my ITF+ certification and am currently working on gaining my A+ certification. I'm fulfilling this passion in IT because growing up the oldest of five children I was always the one to solve problems around the house, technology related or always being on the phone with IT support to guide me through to help fix the issue. Offering 3+ plus years of great customer service experience. Having leadership roles helping employees with loss of hearing and without ASL skill. Building on knowledge base and diversifying technical skillset with strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues. As a creative thinker, unique and driven young professional I am seeking to further my career in IT with a help desk support capacity role.
