About James Agrian

With a bachelor's degree in finance and a minor in criminal justice from Penn State University, I have a strong background in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law, as well as in criminal investigation and enforcement. I have 25 years of business experience in auditing, security, and legal fields, working with Fortune 500 companies and retired FBI and military officers. Since 2019, I have been a licensed private investigator in Oregon, conducting field investigations, background checks, process serving, and skip tracing for law firms and state agencies. I have completed hundreds of on-site investigations for the DPSST Landscape Contractor's Board, collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, and drafting reports. I have a personality that can lower apprehension and elicit information from people, whether they are cooperative or aggressive. Additionally, I have been a CDL B truck driver for the Sherwood School District since 2018, delivering lunches to needy families during the Covid-19 pandemic and adhering to traffic laws and regulations. I have completed ODOT approved training classes and have a clean driving record. I am a team player who is ethical, professional, and can take direction.
