About James Baka

My career spans over 40 years of building businesses and/or re-engineering underperforming business units. My career includes senior executive roles with privately held companies and with various global financial services organizations. Working with private companies (retired), I have served in CEO, COO and CFO roles. In the financial services sector (retired), I have served as a senior executive corporate banker at various global banks. Currently I'm a Vistage Chairman and focus working with next generation (NextGen) members who aspire to be the next family business CEO, COO leader. I'm also the Founder and Chairman of Family Business Leadership Partners. I'm also a adjunct professor at both Concordia University Wisconsin and Mount Mary University. I'm also an Economic Development Board member and on the Planning Commission for Mequon, WI. I also consult with privately owned companies regarding family business issues, challenges and opportunities. I work with both the CEO and the next generation family member leaders I'm a graduate of DePaul University, Chicago with both a BSC and MBA degree. I'm a US Army veteran.
