I enjoy building processes, leading teams and developing people, and love working in fast paced, ambiguous environments. I have seven years operations experience in tech companies, including four years experience managing large operations teams (up to 25 DRs and 100 Contractors and FTEs), while driving improvement in key operational metrics - quality, speed, cost - through process improvement. I have well developed core operations skills - planning, processes improvement, data analysis, communication, strategy development. And core leadership skills - developing people, building trusting relationships, managing performance, building teams. Currently taking courses in SQL and Project Management to broaden my skills, alongside marathon training, olympic weightlifting, some rugby and being a good partner and friend.
