I am committed to advancing equitable outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through evidence-based policy, culturally grounded research, and strong governance frameworks. My work is shaped by a deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islaner histories, lived experiences, and the diverse realities of communities across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.As a Board Member of an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO), I contribute to strategic leadership and governance that reflects community priorities and self-determination. I advocate for policies and practices that strengthen ACCO capacity and ensure culturally safe service delivery.In my research, I focus on ageing well for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, exploring culturally informed approaches to care, wellbeing, and intergenerational connection.
