I am a seasoned supply chain professional with over 16 years of experience in managing inventory, warehouse, logistics, and procurement functions. In my most recent role as a Parts Support Manager- Engine Division at Waukesha-Pearce Industries (WPI), I led a team of 15 warehousemen and admins. and managed a sq. ft. warehouse that contained $64M worth of inventory. I ensured the consistent and accurate processing of approximately 30 orders and 300 lines daily, generating $200K in invoices and 50 express mail shipments daily. I developed and implemented a spreadsheet that served as a key performance indicator (KPI) for monitoring the productivity of the parts pullers/ packers. I collaborated with members of the Safety department to identify and correct potential safety hazards in the warehouse, such as employing slip-resistant measures at loading docks, and disbursing spill containment kits around the warehouse. I also have a strong track record of recruiting, training, and mentoring warehouse personnel, reducing picking errors by 25% and enhancing employee retention and performance.
