With a total of 16 and a half years spent in Japan, alongside a stint in Malaysia, I've immersed myself in diverse cultures while honing my expertise in recruitment. I am one of the only senior recruitment leaders in Japan to have multi-country experience, mastered several industries, and worked in multiple global recruitment companies.
