CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: For more than a decade I have worked as a reporter and producer across a broad range of national and regional media. Having started as a showbiz reporter on 'Fleet Street', I soon moved into broadcasting. From delivering exclusive stories onscreen for BBC regional television news to working as a producer and investigations reporter for Nick Ferrari on LBC radio, my career has enabled me to build a strong contacts book and develop skills in writing quickly and reporting accurately. I worked as a producer on Good Morning Britain, before going on attachment to ITV Meridian as an onscreen journalist - responsible for filming, editing, scripting and voicing my own reports. After an incredible decade in journalism, I was offered a fascinating opportunity in comms. I am now press guy to Matt Hancock MP, working within a fast paced and demanding parliamentary office with high standards for excellence. With all my roles I have been expected to work under strict time constraints and to highly pressured deadlines, whilst continuing to read, understand and deal with material quickly, efficiently and accurately.
