About James Lowe

I love working in fields that make a positive impact for others and provide service, support, and recommendations to keep people and facilities safe. I function best in an environment of trust and mutual support and I love to be part of a motivated team. I have almost 20 years of experience in security, investigations, law enforcement, and technology experience. My job duties currently include working as the system administrator for our enterprise-level access control system which runs Lenel/S2. I also oversee our security incident reporting system, database, and our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), and our VIP travel scheduling system. I also function as the security liaison for any construction or remodel projects that fall under our headquarters group. I work closely with architects, networking teams, server teams, electronic shop personnel, and contractors to ensure these projects integrate with physical security needs, surveillance cameras, alarm monitoring, and access control protocols. This ensures I have a high level of understanding of those systems as well as networking and server requirements. I work within a division that includes a world-class security operations center (SOC) and have years of experience as an operator and manager in that environment.
