Hi, I'm James. I'm a writer, educator and facilitator with a dedication to helping others improve their soft skills. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 10 years working in Education, I have developed a deep understanding of effective communication, collaboration, and adaptability in work and in life. As a skills facilitator, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of individuals, helping them develop their language and interpersonal skills and getting them ready to re-enter the workforce. My approach is always tailored to the specific needs and goals of my clients, and I am dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I have authored two books on Hospitality English and Professional Service, created hundreds of videos, apps, websites, as well as other more specialized training manuals. These tools and curricula have been widely used in schools and training programs across China. I am proud to have contributed to the education of future hospitality professionals. My passion for teaching and writing goes hand in hand with my love for travel and culture. I have lived and worked abroad, which has given me a global perspective and an appreciation for diversity.
