I’m passionate about self-representation in digital spaces. I believe everyone has a unique voice, often suppressed by physical environments, that can truly thrive online. My goal is to help others feel comfortable with their digital identity by connecting the with like-minded peers through affinity spaces. This empowers them to speak authentically to their ideal audiences by embracing their communities. For nearly two years, I’ve led the training program for a healthcare project, reducing attrition by 20% and increasing satisfaction scores from an average of 3.79/5 to 4.73/5. I also bring strong experience in copy editing as well as that current leadership experience! I’m confident in my ability to train, teach, and edit and I’m excited to bring that value to any role I take on.
