I am passionate about leading, coaching and mentoring individuals, churches and pastors to become all that God desires of them. I bring over 11 years of experience, with a fortune 400 company, working in the arena of change management and best practice from outside of the Church into the Church. Combine that with 15+ years of pastoral experience ranging from youth leader to lead pastor in churches as small as 10 people and as large as 1,300. Then stir in 5 years of experience as the Regional Youth & Discipleship Director, for the Great Lakes Region, and more than 10 years working on the Ministerial Development Board God has uniquely equipped me to work in an array of venues. Currently I serve as the Lead Pastor of The Crossroads Church which was a merge of two congregations back in 2016. I also serve on the Bishop's Council, for the Great Lakes Region, as the Chairman and am the Director of the Ministerial Development Board that overseas the licensing of all ministers in the Region. Finally I have the South Chicago District Elder working with the churches in the southern part of the Region.
