My research interests include organizational culture, especially how organizations adapt to technological change, the future of work, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, naval and military history. I have a wide range of academic and professional experience that has made me a flexible and entrepreneurial researcher. My education has also helped me develop excellent research and analytical abilities. I have a proven track record of analyzing a wide range of materials and synthesizing them into effective and well-written documents and have excellent judgement when interpreting a range of sometimes contradictory evidence. I am passionate about taking research and making it understandable and relevant to a wider audience, whether that is through reports, web posts or social media. I have strong organizational skills based on my experience in the not-for-profit sector, education and the hospitality organization. Whether it is event organization or project management, I have proven track record of getting things done.
