My strong communication skills provide me with the ability to articulate effectively, while establishing a connection with staff, colleagues, patrons, and program participants. I posses a professional, yet approachable demeanor that allows me to relate on a personal level while still staying true to my professional morals, mission and vision. I am dedicated to advancing my career as a skilled recreation professional, and I am eager to contribute my experience and expertise; while also taking the initiative to learn new skills along the way. I take pride in not only being a supervisor, but a mentor to staff, peers and program participants. My passion for the field of Parks, Recreation and Sport Administration can be seen not only in my completed works, but in my professional demeanor and enthusiastic spirit.
