My graduate work is focused on understanding how brain circuits are rewired after traumatic brain injury. I have extensive experience in light sheet imaging, cleared tissue preparation and labeling, visualization, and analysis. I am passionate about modern microscopy methods and their applications. During graduate school, I developed novel protocols for enhanced immunolabeling of large tissue samples.
