About Janae Griggs

Janae' Griggs is the Founder of My Business Concierge, where she helps small business owners grow, launch, and pivot their businesses. She earned her Bachelor’s degree double majoring in Women & Gender Studies, as well as African American Studies in 2012 and used her knowledge and experience to start a 501(c)3 nonprofit mentoring organization for at-risk young girls, in the Metro Detroit area, where she has mentored over 500 girls to-date. As someone always looking for ways to serve and enhance the lives of others, she looks for opportunities to create social impact, into everything that she does. In 2018, she launched her a virtual assistance agency to help small business entrepreneurs achieve optimal success, by providing them with the assistance that they desperately needed, but didn't know that they could afford. Knowing that most small business owners wear EVERY hat in their businesses, and often times can't afford to hire employees, she wanted to provide them with hands-on (remote) assistance, so that they could continue to focus on the areas of their businesses that they loved. As an avid learner, she spent the entire year prior to launching, taking various courses, trainings, workshops and reading several books related to new strategies that business owners could implement, so that she could eventually pass this information along to her clients. She believes that "It's not lonely at the top, if you help someone else get there." We Virtually Do Everything. Need A Hand, Let Me Help-)
