About Jandre de Milander

I have a track record of more than 15 years in various positions acquiring extensive and in depth experience in finance management, business development and expansion, procurement, management and international negotiating skills. I started my gainful career in the financial services sector, focusing on the full financial function and looking after huge portfolios ranging from R20m to R240m in net asset value. After this, I successfully moved into the manufacturing industry and gained invaluable experience in budgeting, forecasting, business planning and expansion, managing a team, negotiating with international suppliers to get the best products for the best prices, running the procurement department and travelling extensively internationally to visit plants. I am skilled in creating a climate where performance and service delivery is key to success and I have indispensable knowledge and experience in making sure that the company lives up to set standards and targets in order to reach objectives at all times. I have also managed to start a new site within the business and grew it exponentially from a 0 base to a turnover of R700m to become the biggest web offset printers in South Africa, by introducing new technology, recruiting a high performance team, creating lucrative marketing campaigns and driving production.
