About Jane Cebrynski

Accepting New Clients - Professionals, individuals, and corporate teams that have a desire to excel in performance and wellbeing. For the last several years I have had the privilege of coaching hundreds of professionals and dozens of corporate teams in a tool-based, systematic model that has been successfully used within sports by athletes, their teams, and organizations to create champion change. As a result, I have been inspired to take that experience, combined with a decade of knowledge as a yoga instructor, and apply an integrated, holistic approach to achieving transformational change and a champions mindset for optimum performance and wellbeing. Through a " live it to give it model," I continue to train and practice using the tools I coach with, every single day. My prior career experiences combined with my personal story have equipped me well for coaching those who want to live their best life in 3 Dimensions: Professionally for Success, Personally for Significance, and Philanthropically for Service."
