About Jane Dignan

Knowing that the perfect cake, with the best mix of flavours and eye-catching design can make all the difference is integral to why I became a cake maker. The dream of making bespoke wedding cakes and custom cakes began when preparing for my own wedding. Having always loved baking and decorating cakes as a hobby, I designed and made my own wedding cake. I knew exactly the cake I wanted and I knew it had to be perfect. Seeing the cake of my dreams finally set up on my wedding day, being enjoyed by so many people, ignited the dream: I wanted to provide this wonderful moment for other people. Years later I finally decided to leave my job as a mortgage broker and dedicate my time to carving out the career I had dreamed of. I am now a full time Birmingham cake maker who designs, bakes and decorates bespoke and personalised cakes for all occasions.
