About Jane Forrest

Over 25 years local government experience. I am passionate and dedicated to public service delivery and achieving improved outcomes for people and places. I am committed to driving service reform to achieve and sustain successful results. I have a proven track record in managing complex change programmes and whole system reform. My experience to date and current responsibilities include- Complex dependency and demand reduction strategy. Establishing Early Help and Preventative services across children's, adults and community services. Implementing Pubic Service Hub model and integrated service delivery across public and voluntary sector partners. Service development using systems thinking, agile project management and customer journey mapping. Outcomes-based commissioning and resource management. Use of evidence based practice and performance management. Working collaboratively across partner organisations to ensure synergy of service development and multi-agency delivery. Service development in response to Care Act. Early childhood service development.
