About Jane Markey

I am a highly motivated manager with 20 years’ experience and achievement in a range of Sales, Marketing and Management roles within the medical device industry. My past experience as both a Sales Representative for N. Stenning & Co. for 6 years as well as a Product Manager with B Braun, again for 6 years, has helped me to become familiar with all aspects of the sales cycle, as well as what is required from a training and marketing point of view. I was involved with new product launches and influencing key opinion leaders to consider all aspects of our product portfolios. As a Registered Nurse in Operating Theatres I became familiar with almost all areas of surgery, but in particular, laparoscopic, plastic and reconstructive, ophthalmic, including LASIK procedures, and ENT, often working with world-renowned surgeons. I believe my clinical background has assisted me enormously in the understanding and promotion of the products I have represented and greatly enhanced my product management experience, enabling me to give an end-users opinion on a product.
