As the Co-Founder & Consultant Emeritus for Paradigm Personality Labs (formerly known as the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies), Ms. Howard works directly with clients worldwide. For over 32 years, Jane has spent her time as a trainer, consultant, coach, author, and entrepreneur. Having worked on six continents in the process, she has helped clients build high performance teams, trained their leaders and managers, led organizational change efforts, coached senior executives, delivered presentations at global conferences, and provided thought leadership to clients in manufacturing, government, finance, utilities, health care, education, insurance, high tech, and not-for-profit organizations. Jane is co-author of two books, The Owner’s Manual for Personality at Work (2001 & 2010) and The Owner's Manual for Personality from 12 to 22 (2011), two personality assessments, the WorkPlace Big Five Profile (tm) personality assessment and the SchoolPlace Big Five Profile (tm), the WorkPlace Performance 360 (tm) assessment, and many other trade journal articles and publications with Pierce J. Howard, PhD. As part of her role at Paradigm, Jane conducts certification programs for these assessments.
