With over 20 years of international corporate experience, I help leaders in multinationals lead with clarity, confidence, and impact - especially when navigating cultural and organizational complexity. Having lived and worked in the Netherlands, China, Thailand, Japan, and Germany, I bring a grounded, multicultural perspective to my coaching. My global journey has shaped how I support others: with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for context. I specialize in helping values-driven leaders in matrix organizations build inclusive, high-performing teams - by strengthening self-leadership, emotional and cultural intelligence, and communication that influences across levels and cultures. My approach blends calm, non-judgmental presence with honest reflection and challenge.
