As Co-Founder of WhiteTEC and Lead Trainer at our Academy, I design and deliver impactful programmes focused on personal development and leadership & management. I also support auto dealers across the UK through WhiteTEC’s Sales Events, delivering training that brings real-world sales strategies directly to car showrooms. This hands-on work keeps my coaching and training fresh, relevant, and aligned with the latest industry trends. My approach is grounded, practical, and people-focused. With over 30 years’ experience in financial services and automotive retail, I understand the pressures leaders face – and how to navigate them. I bring that real-world insight into every session, blending coaching, mentoring, and facilitation to create lasting change.
