I'm Jane — a leadership and growth partner for individuals and businesses ready to step into something deeper. As Director at WhiteTEC, I work with leaders across the automotive retail sector and beyond — helping them build clarity, confidence, and capability. My approach combines 20+ years of experience in business, leadership and coaching, with a style that’s practical, reflective and human. Clients come to me when something is shifting. They’re growing into new roles, leading through change, or simply craving space to think. I offer more than coaching — it’s a partnership built on trust, challenge and shared purpose. In 2025, I’m also quietly shaping something new — WhiteTEC's Academy — a space for deeper personal and professional growth, built on connection, reflection and energy. This will become a home for programmes, retreats, and collaborative experiences. A place for people who want to grow, lead and live aligned with who they truly are, happy and fulfilled.
