About Janet Williams Hepler

Creative inspiration is a catalyst for change and growth. What inspires and sustains me are the opportunities to get outdoors, make music, tackle new challenges, and collaborate with others who love to learn and grow. I am a professional coach who partners with leaders to explore their strengths, develop professionally, lead authentically, and cultivate high-performing teams. Clients say they gain greater self-awareness, improve the balance of personal and professional priorities, and build confidence and momentum for sustainable change. At the heart of my coaching is my conviction that work is too important to be dull, boring, and energy-depleting. I work with leaders who are ready to challenge the status quo. My clients bring their experience, vision, ideas, and curiosity. I bring deep listening, optimism, curiosity, and the ability to draw out insights from what I hear and observe. Together, we identify creative options and outline paths for change, and test those ideas with experiments in the real world. In my role as associate faculty member of SeattleCoach, I partner with leaders by developing them into great coaches. I also provide mentor coaching for coaches applying for or renewing their ICF certification. Having previously worked for 20+ years in the technology industry, I have experience understanding how innovative organizations work, and how individuals and teams work well (or not) within them. I’ve also managed teams through change while keeping individuals engaged and productive.
