As a Marketing professional, my knowledge base is extensive in multiple forms digital advertising, lead collection, lead nurturing, creating publications, proof reading and public speaking. Advertising is not completed without measurement tools that allow you to see the success in your efforts. In my position, success is measured by leads acquired and further by applications which leads to final measurement assessment being cost per lead or cost per applicant. Salesforce and Marketo play very key roles in these processes. As a recruiter, it is important for me to connect with my audience, I like to think of my presentations as conversations, allowing me to have a personal engagement with my audience and for my audience to be comfortable, engaged in the conversation while receiving information that may impact their life.
