I help organizations navigate complex and difficult transitions — and help leaders move from fear of change to becoming the change ambassadors their teams need.I also have a deep passion for women in leadership — particularly in technical fields like IT, legal, and finance. The women I work with are talented and capable. What they're navigating is impostor syndrome, executive presence, and finding their voice in spaces that weren't always designed for them.
