About Janine Simons

I’m Janine Simons, a quality driven woman with over 15 years of experience in testing complex, high-risk, multi-system solutions across financial services, government, and retail. I’m at my best when I can bring order to complexity: designing test strategies that safeguard quality, reduce risk, and help teams deliver with confidence.Since 2024 I'm a self employed professional and partner at The Future Group.Today, my focus is on one of the biggest challenges in tech: the quality and reliability of AI systems. AI systems only deliver real value when the systems are safe, trustworthy, and transparent. This requires a new way of thinking about quality. Traditional testing approaches are no longer enough. Trust is the new currency in AI. My MissionTo help companies and startups build robust, compliant, and trustworthy AI solutions by integrating test strategy, risk management, and AI specific QA practices from day one. What I OfferI support organizations in designing, validating, and governing AI systems through:• AI Testing & Validation• Quality Risk Management for AI• Workshops on AI Quality Assurance & Test StrategyIf you’re building AI solutions and need someone who can translate the complexity of AI into a structured, risk aware quality approach, let’s connect.
