As a senior finance leader, I help executive leadership teams shape organisational strategies, undertake major investment and financing decisions and manage risks associated with cash, capital, resource deployment and accounting compliance.With a focus on purpose led organisations I have extensive experience leading and influencing teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in my role at the International Women's Development Agency, I’ve managed finance team goals and KPIs to develop a high performance team through effective coaching and mentoring. With the versatility to manage all aspects of an organisation’s finance function, I’ve also worked managed the finances for a 20 million euro program with 18 program partners across 5 countries and territories, have extensive cross-cultural experience and can explain complex financial concepts to non-financial team members. I’ve successfully managed the budgeting and forecasting process to support the organisational strategy and often fill in as Acting Chief Financial Officer at the International Women's Development Agency.With a proactive and personable approach, I’m valued as a driven and strategic professional with strong analytical skills and enjoy working in partnership with executive leaders and new team members alike.
