I provide executive coaching, leadership-team advising, and facilitation of high-stakes group processes. Clients hire (and rehire) me for my insightful questions; empathetic listening; ability to quickly discern the essence of a complex situation; and consistent nudges to act imperfectly. In our work together, I provide a unique combination of (1) strategic, businesslike directness and (2) neuro-emotional knowledge and interpersonal wisdom. Twenty-two years of experience in corporate, entrepreneurial, and nonprofit settings give me a deep understanding of team dynamics, employee and volunteer engagement, and leading through change. The values of trust, growth, focus, and prosperity guide my work and — as my kids can attest! — my life. I completed nine years of service on United Way of Missoula County’s board of directors. I volunteered on the capital campaign committee for the new Missoula Public Library, which was named “The Public Library of 2022” by the International Federation of Library Associations and “The Best Green Library – Grand Scale” at the 2024 International Library Conference. My brain uncovers client insights while knitting; cooking double batches of recipes for my ravenous family; reading mysteries and historical fiction; and eating, drinking, and laughing with my "book" club.
