About Jared Greene

I am a game quality assurance expert with over four years of experience in managing QA teams on console, mobile, and PC for leading game studios such as Riot Games and Electronic Arts, with a focus on live service titles and managing both embedded QA as well as coordinating vendor test teams. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a SAS-CSU Global Academic Specialization in Predictive Analytics Management, which enable me to apply analytical skills to ensure the quality and performance of game products and features. As a Senior QA Manager at Riot Games, I led the QA team for VALORANT's Core Game space, which covered Agents, Maps, Modes, Gameplay Technology, and the Game Analysis Team. I oversaw and coached QA managers and quality engineers on the testing strategy, execution, and reporting for the game to ensure we were delivering high quality features and maintaining a healthy product for the highly passionate players. This included collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, design, art, and engineering on multiple large endeavors, such as reducing a massive bug backlog over the course of a year and introducing effective qualitative feedback initiatives. Prior to Riot Games I was a QA Manager at Electronic Arts, where I managed QA efforts on Anthem and Star Wars: The Old Republic. I am passionate about supporting teams and individuals in delivering high quality and engaging experiences as well as making it as easy as possible for teams to reach their goals. I am proficient in various QA tools and platforms, such as the Xbox and PlayStation console family, iOS and Android platforms, PC, Jira, and TestRail. I am also a strong leader and problem-solver who can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
