About Jared Radestock

With over 10 years of work experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, I am a strategic leader, an organizational innovator, and a budget manager. My mission is to bring affordable and quality generic medicines to the market and improve the health and welfare of the community. As the Head of Trade and Distribution at CivicaScript, I work with a diverse and passionate team of professionals who share the same vision and values. I leverage my business administration and management skills, as well as my international business background, to create and execute effective strategies, develop and streamline processes, and manage vendor relationships. In my current role, I oversee the trade and distribution operations of CivicaScript, a statutory public benefit company that was created in 2020 in partnership with Civica and numerous Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations. I am responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality generic medicines to our customers at a fraction of the price they currently pay. I also support the business development, sales, and analytics functions of the company, and contribute to the attainment planning and performance reporting. Some of my achievements include implementing a new sales process, creating an analytics center of excellence, and securing multiple large contracts with hospitals and pharmacies. I use my skills in strategic leadership, organizational leadership, and budget management to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
