About Jarmo Rantala

As the CEO, Founder and creative lead of Settle and Aaltovillas, I ensure that the design and build process of next generation properties always meets the ever increasing expectations of our clients. I have led over 300 bespoke architectural, interior design and development projects across the UAE and Europe, partnering with clients such as EMAAR, DAMAC, and DAR Global. My approach blends timeless Nordic design principles with sustainable luxury, always tailored to the needs of discerning investors and end-users. With over 15 years of executive experience in design, development, and leadership, I’ve built a track record of transforming visionary ideas into high-value, investment-worthy assets. I work closely with international investors, developers, private clients, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that aim to exceed expectations. My mission is to shape environments that meet the evolving needs of clients, partners, and communities, while honoring environmental and social responsibility. I bring a unique perspective at the intersection of design, entrepreneurship, and cross-cultural business. I’m open to non-executive board and advisory roles—particularly with organizations focused on real estate development, sustainable growth, and international expansion in the UAE and Internationally. Let’s connect.
