About Jarne Peetermans

As a Clinical Data Manager at SGS (DM-CRO), I ensure that all data coming from multiple clinical trials are collected, recorded and documented properly. By reviewing the data coming from the case report forms (CRFs) and other external vendors, I ensure all data is complete, accurate and compliant with the study protocol and ICH-GCP, SDTM and CDISC requirements, guaranteeing overall data quality. Within SGS, I’m involved in multiple early development oncology trials where I coordinate data management activities from study start-up up until database lock. I obtained a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the University of Antwerp at which I graduated with great distinction, where I gained extensive knowledge and skills in biotechnology research. Next to the University of Antwerp, I also participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program to Stockholm University where I continued my studies in biochemistry. In addition to my professional career, I also enjoy volunteering at Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen in my free time.
