My Philosophy - Managers are not in place to dictate every aspect of their business. They are in place to help their employees grow within their roles and utilize their skills and talents for both personal and professional growth. On this path they will encourage the group effort that a team puts in place, using ideas from each area of the team to maximize productivity and collectively exceed every goal placed in front of them. As a manager you need to be the expert of your business path and know how to communicate the foot view to all employees in a way that is understandable and well defined. if your team knows the path and has the tools for success, they will be able to remain on the path necessary to attain the unit goals that must be attained.
