I am a bioprocess professional with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and over 3.5 years of hands-on industry experience in upstream process development for biotherapeutics. Currently, I lead end-to-end upstream cell culture process development activities for monoclonal antibodies (mAb) biosimilar development at Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd—from lead clone selection to lab-scale optimization, scale-up, and tech transfer to manufacturing. My background includes upstream process development for various biotherapeutic modalities, such as mAbs, peptides and microbial recombinant proteins. I work at the interface of science and leadership, guiding a team of scientists to deliver high-quality, scalable processes through cross-functional collaboration, scientific rigor, and a culture of continuous improvement. Driven by innovation and efficiency, I have a strong focus on implementing process analytical technologies and modern bioprocessing strategies to meet evolving industry demands.
