About Jaslyn Soo

I am driven by opportunities to understand complex health and social challenges and translate evidence into practical solutions.Over the past 10 years, I have built a cross-sector career spanning biomedical research, healthcare, and social impact. From breast cancer research and healthcare engagement to leading community-based Early Childhood Development programmes, my work has consistently focused on connecting research, partnerships, and implementation to improve outcomes for people and communities.I enjoy bringing together diverse stakeholders, asking why programmes work, and using data and systems thinking to strengthen programme design and impact. My experience includes programme management, research collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and working with government agencies, healthcare professionals, funders, and NGOs.Looking ahead, I am keen to deepen my expertise in programme evaluation, health systems, and strategic programme design, while contributing to initiatives that create meaningful and sustainable impact through evidence-informed approaches.
