With over seven years of experience in insurance and tax preparation, I have developed expertise in office administration, customer service, and client account management. While I was successful in my career, I realized my true passion lies in helping others navigate obstacles, access resources, and develop skills for success. Technology has always been a constant in my professional and personal journey. Completing Google’s IT Support Specialist Program has strengthened my technical skills, allowing me to provide guidance in technical troubleshooting, user support, and system navigation.
