About Jasmine Andrews

Living and breathing customer service my entire working life, I have gained a lot of knowledge over the years. My first goal is to make sure that the customer gets what they came for. I am striving to build my reputation at work, and in life, by keeping open lines of communication with teammates and other members of departments, to find out what they know and how to best work with them. When I feel that I have a firm grasp on the job, I scale up my efforts to make customer's days better, by training team members and taking-an active role in their development. I use positivity to make work a pleasant place to be, building an atmosphere of fun. Sometimes I find I can learn new things when a team mate comes in with a fresh perspective, and I seek to give credit and elevate those who have something new to contribute. My high energy and passion for customer service come with me in my day-to-day life. I take pride in doing a little bit of everything, in addition to my career, it's definitely not uncommon to see me working multiple jobs in the same day and helping out the team where possible, which I find very rewarding! My career goal is to gain industry knowledge, network, and to be a manger that is understanding and inspires others to reach their potential.
