I am a passionate Wellbeing Coaching graduate with proven experience working with a diverse group of clients. I pride myself on my ability to instil courage and hope in those who are feeling stuck. My confident nature and communication skills allow me to get the best out of people. I am able to create a safe and nurturing environment which allows those that I work with to become the best version of themselves. I am looking for an opportunity to develop my knowledge and skills in a challenging and rewarding role.In my time at the University of Central Lancashire, I have been able to develop the skills and techniques required to practise as a professional wellbeing advisor and coach. Through written essays, practical assessments, a volunteering position and my work placement role, I have demonstrated my competency utilising evidence-based interventions and techniques with a wide and varied range of clients and service users.
