Experienced in hydraulics, HVAC mechanical systems and wet fire installation I understand the complexities of coordinating total building services installation on large construction sites. My versatility and ability to solve complex installation challenges combined with the skill to manage multiple projects has led to a track record of bringing projects in on time and to budget. My value to a business is in my adept problem solving and analysis, strategic insights, commercial acumen and clear communications skills, natural leadership and team building qualities. I have a history of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, building with them to the benefit of all parties, and ensuring projects come in on time, within budget and are finished to the highest quality standards all this with a clear view on safety. My resilience, and fine attention to detail and commitment to quality standards, flexibility and ‘firm hand’ have ensured that teams of employees and sub-contractors work efficiently, effectively and in harmony on the projects I have been engaged on. With high levels of energy, and a real passion for excellence, I get great pleasure from the pressure that requires quick thinking and extraordinary outcomes.
