Currently, I serve as the Civil Manager and Department Head for Pedwards Group, where I lead operations with a focus on delivering exceptional results, fostering team collaboration, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Previously, as a Site Foreman for a Tier 1 plumbing company, I managed multi-million-dollar projects, overseeing teams of up to 90 and ensuring timely, within-budget project delivery. In my recent tenure as an Underground Operator with Nexus at Appin East, I expanded my expertise to mining, earning 49 assessment competencies with South32 and qualifications to work unaccompanied underground. I am skilled in operating specialized equipment such as LHD coal trams, hand bolter, and rock bolters, consistently delivering results in challenging environments.
